		<description>You have to love Harbor Freights new site and review system. I posted 7 reviews. 5 are 5 star and 2 are less than 5 star. Guess which ones they posted on their site? The 2 negative reviews are nowhere to be found. Looks like youtube is the only place to get a biased review for their items. With Harbor Freight some things are a great bargain and others are junk out of the box. You want know it reading their site reviews. They do have a great deal on this panel right now for $159.00!</description>

		<description>Dan I have 2 of these systes hooked up together since spring. All of a sudden today the charge control stops and stays at 12.1 I am not using anything and do have a power inverter hooked up to it also if that matters. How can I test this to know if the Charge controller went bad or if it is the panels. Thanks for the help</description>
